The weather is warming up and we are starting to see the first spring produce start to trickle in and say goodbye to some winter favourites that have stood us in good stead when nothing else is growing.

Dan at Dugite Farm has another pick of new season green garlic available, as well as bunches of kale and silverbeet from his new plantings. He also has some herbs including parsley, mint and basil. All grown with care on a certified biodynamic property.

A variety of cheeses from award-winning Cambray Cheese are back on the form again including their very popular marinated feta, pecorino and triple cream brie. All are made in small batches using traditional methods on the family farm in Nannup.

Hamlet Pork in Waroona received national recognition with a Delicious Magazine award this year for their pasture raised Berkshire pork, and we have their preservative free sausages and bacon on the form, so get them while you can!

Bespoke Bakery are tentatively listed with their gluten free breads, pizza bases and pastry. Both the bakers are recovering from illness but are expecting to be able to have your made to order baked goods ready on Thursday.

All this and so much more. Our list of growers and makers is growing all the time. Again we are sourcing directly from over 30 growers and makers in the Margaret River area and wider southwest. Thank you for not only supporting our little venture but the efforts of a number of small local operators as well. We are very grateful and appreciate it!
