It’s well overdue but we finally have a new website! It’s all thanks to my brother Christian who did the whole thing. It looks sparkly and new and wonderful, and we’re very grateful. Current information on a website, who’d have thought it! There’s still a bit of tweaking to do on our part but it is a significant improvement on the old website. We would love to know what you think, you can check it out here.

In other news, our neighbours on the farm, Yeah Wine have had to pause their cellar door while they sort out some issues with the shire, but they are still open for sales. It’s a big blow for them to not be able to operate their cellar door and any hiccup like this can seem like a mountain to a small business. If you’d like to show some support to a lovely local family and help them keep the doors open, scroll down to see how you can get your hands on their wine at a great price.

The kids made kokedama this week, otherwise called Japanese moss balls. Completely biodegradable and lovely to look at, hopefully they will remember to keep them watered and enjoy them for a little while to come.

Organically grown local peaches have been in abundance the last couple of weeks, but this week coming will be their last, so grab them while you can.

From the latest Yeah Wine newsletter…

After so much excitement about finally getting our cellar door going, it’s pretty disappointing that we’ve had to shut. To be honest we’re still confused as to what we’re doing wrong, but according to the Shire there’s an issue with the allowed use of the building. We’ve met with them and are trying to resolve the issues, but obviously there’s no guarantee how long this will be.

To make-up for all the disappointment we decided to do something we don’t normally do and offer a site wide discount code. If you enter the code FOSat the checkout you can get 20% off anything on the website. CLUB YEAH members please get in touch directly and we’ll pass on a code to get an even better discount.

We really appreciate the support of all those that have reached out over the last few days and we’ll let you know as soon as we have an update of what’s happening.

Check out their range and order direct from Yeah Wine here.
