Meet the Market Gardeners Who Keep Us Cooking

How Wagtail's Garden helps our kitchen with fresh picks

One of the best things about sharing a farm with some rather excellent market gardeners? When you need some ingredients for a recipe in a hurry and you can shoot a message to Patrick or Sally and they are able to help out by harvesting what you need and bring it up to the kitchen. We’re so lucky and so grateful. Thanks so much to the Wagtail’s Garden duo!

Two ducks perch on wooden fence posts beside a wire fence and gate, with vineyard rows stretching behind them. A puddled grassy foreground reflects the pastel sunset sky.

Two rectangular chocolate loaves in parchment-lined tins sit side by side on a wire cooling rack, viewed from above. The tops are glossy with cracked edges and small holes near the center.
