It’s well into kale, cauliflower and cabbage season! They are some of the best value veg going around, being able to get multiple meals out of a single cauliflower or cabbage. A bowl of creamy brown soup topped with a small dollop of cream, cracked pepper, and a parsley leaf sits on a wooden table. A slice of buttered bread rests on the rim of the bowl.
