Put on your walking shoes and bring along the family for a tour of Lara and Jamie’s certified biodynamic farm, including a look at Jema McCabe’s market garden, a one woman operation that’s so good her veggies were recently awarded a gold medal in the Delicious Produce awards.

See where your food comes from and gain an appreciation of just how much work goes into growing good food well. Burnside Organic Farm produce avocados, wine and capers as well as share farm with Jema and her marvellous veg patch. There are pigs, geese, cows and chooks to see too!

As well as a personal tour of their beautiful property, Lara will be offering tastings of their wines with the opportunity to purchase. The wines are produced completely onsite, from biodynamically growing the grapes, harvesting, fermenting and creating the wine to the bottling. A true small scale, family venture.

In addition to wine, there will be samples available of locally produced food to try including organic veg, olive oil, bread, honey, almonds and more.

Brought to you by Gathered Organics and Burnside Organic Farm. All this is available for free thanks to the generous support and assistance from…
